Buyers Agreement and Terms of Sale IDAHO SALVAGE POOL L.L.C. Only registered buyers will be permitted to enter the yard. Bidding privileges are restricted to licensed dealers and auto recyclers. Each registered company may have two authorized buyers. Buyers must be authorized by registered company and possess state issued dealer ID card. Online bidders may have only one user name/password. Buyers may receive auction date notification and list of vehicles by mail or fax. Online buyers will be sent an e-mail reminder approximately one week prior to each sale. Sealed bid auctions are held every fourth week. Vehicles are available for inspection beginning Monday of each sale week. Bidding at our office closes at Noon on Friday. Online bids are accepted up to 10:00 AM on Friday. No children or pets are allowed in the yard. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESSED. The vehicle suppliers and Idaho Salvage Pool reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw any sale items for any reason. IDAHO SALVAGE POOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, CONDITION OR MILEAGE OF SALE ITEMS TO BE TRUE AND EXACT. BIDDERS MUST RELY ON THEIR OWN INSPECTION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Idaho Salvage Pool is not responsible for any damage or theft during or after the sale. Any party responsible for damage to, or theft of property will forfeit all bidding privileges. All vehicles offered for sale, unless otherwise noted, are titled “Salvage Certificate”. Sale results will be available at approx. 4:00 PM on sale day. Buyers who are on our fax list will be sent sale results automatically. Buyers with online privileges may view results on our web site, otherwise you may call for results. All vehicles must be PAID FOR by the close of the 5th business day following sale, a $10 per day fee will be charged thereafter. If not paid for by the close of the 10th business day, the vehicle will be resold and the buyers bidding privileges will be forfeited and can only be reclaimed by paying a $250 reinstatement fee. Payment for vehicles will be accepted only in the form of CASHIER CHECK, PRE-APPROVED COMPANY CHECK or BANK WIRE TRANSFER. Cash will be accepted for miscellaneous fees such as loading and towing.
